  1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international shipping, so stay tuned!


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but standard shipping generally takes 4-6 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.


5. What is your return policy?

We want you to LOVE your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and at least half full to qualify for a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


6. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer service team skincaremagice@phoenixpotions.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.


7. Are returns free?

While we do not cover return shipping costs, we make returns easy and hassle-free. Once we receive and process your return, we’ll refund the original purchase price (minus any shipping costs).


8. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We’ll happily send a replacement or offer a full refund.


9. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.


10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
